Lewis Pogue Artisan Chocolate is a small, family-run, bean-to-bar company in Atlanta, Georgia. We hand-make every chocolate bar from scratch, using the finest, ethically-sourced ingredients in the world. We are passionate about the uniquely powerful, complex and ineffably flavorful cacao bean and want to share our curiosity, craft, and love for chocolate with you.

Lewis Pogue uses organic, single-origin beans, without additives or artifice, from the best cacao-growing regions in the world . We value cocoa’s rich history and also in moving it forward by taking exciting risks and by being creative. That’s what life should be. And that’s what chocolate is for us.
